What can you use remote hands for?

Remote hands can be used for all physical actions in the data center that you do not want to or cannot perform yourself.

Our technicians install new servers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware in your rack. We also swap out defective components such as hard drives, memory modules, power supplies and network cards — quickly and carefully.

Pull, label, organize, and connect network cables to switches or patch panels. We provide clear and professional cabling in your rack, including documentation of all connections.

Is your server no longer responding remotely? We perform a hard reboot, connect a KVM console or reset IPMI/iDRAC access so that you have remote control again.

We physically inspect your equipment for error messages, check LED statuses, check whether cables are loose and report findings back to you with photos.

Receiving, unpacking, rack-mounting, and processing hardware in your inventory — or disassembling it, packing it, and preparing it for return or relocation.

Do you have a supplier or colleague who needs access to your data center but does not have a badge of your own? Our technician will escort them safely to your rack and allow all operations to be carried out in accordance with the data center policy.

More than 12 years of experience

We have been providing secure and reliable IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses since 2008. We always do this for an affordable monthly fee and short contracts.

Questions about remote hands

Feel free to call in advance to discuss what is possible: 020 89 500 45.

In most cases, within fifteen minutes at the large data centers in the Randstad. At locations elsewhere in the country, we agree on a realistic response time in advance.

No. Remote hands can be purchased separately, even once. If you work with us more often, we will record the agreements and permissions in advance so that it goes even faster.

We report to the data center on your behalf. You authorize our technician once or structurally; Many customers lock us on their access list so that no time is lost in an emergency.

Usually you: Many customers put spare parts in their own rack or have them sent directly to the data center. We can also receive, unpack and prepare parts.

Yes. Every operation is documented with photos of the situation before and after, serial numbers of replaced parts and the time spent.

Then the technician will call you from the floor. We never carry out work that is outside the assignment without consultation.

Yes, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. In case of emergencies, you will be helped immediately, even at three o’clock in the morning.

That depends on the location, the time and whether you use the service occasionally or structurally. You will receive a clear price agreement in advance, no subsequent calculation afterwards.

How an assignment works

Access

We arrange the report to the data center. If your authorization is already ready, we will skip this step.

Step 3

Execute

The technician carries out the operation and keeps in touch by telephone if something deviates from the assignment.

Step 4
