No. We synchronize your existing mailboxes before the conversion and then do a final sync. Your folder structure, calendar and contacts come with you.

Yes, your addresses will remain exactly the same. Only the MX records of your domain will point to us.

No. We only need access to the DNS records, or we’ll direct you exactly which records you need to customize.

You pay per user per month. If someone leaves, you remove the mailbox and you no longer pay him the following month. We can archive the mailbox first.

Yes. Managed Email works via standard IMAP and SMTP, so with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, the Gmail app and any other client. Webmail is included.
