If you run a regular business website on WordPress, WordPress hosting is enough. If you sell online, WooCommerce hosting is part of it because of the cache rules around cart and checkout. If you run something unique or something heavy, a managed VPS comes into the picture. If you don’t know, send us your URL and we’ll look into it.

Yes. We move outside office hours and only convert DNS when the new environment has been tested. We move mailboxes including folders and history.

Management is included in managed hosting. If you have your own VPS or your own hardware, you can purchase it as a separate service via server management.

We clean up and restore clean from backup, within your package. Then we harden the environment and see where the hole was.

Yes. If you grow out of your hosting package, we will move you to a VPS without you having to do anything yourself and without a new contract for the rest.
