DigitalOcean is popular with developers because of simple Droplets, also in the Amsterdam region (AMS3). A Droplet is completely self-managed: the operating system, security and backups are yours. We adopt that.
DigitalOcean keeps the platform and hardware online. Everything that runs on the server is something you arrange yourself. Unless you leave it to us.

We update the software monthly and install bug fixes and security patches, depending on your package.
Firewall, hardening and login protection, so that your server is properly closed.
We monitor disk space, processor, memory and your services, and intervene before things go wrong.
We manage your Droplets: updates, hardening, monitoring and scaling up when needed.
We set up Cloud Firewalls and VPC networks so that only what is needed is open.

This regular maintenance is standard in your package. Activities outside of this, such as installing an application, we charge at a discount at our regular rate as a server management customer.
Some plans also offer web hosting support . With this module, we also help you with questions about your web hosting servers and the customers hosted on them. We know the software packages DirectAdmin, CPanel and Plesk through and through.

With email server support, we also help you maintain your mail server and you can be sure that your emails always reach the recipient.

Yes. DigitalOcean has a region in Amsterdam (AMS3). We can place your Droplets there or move them there.
Our focus is on Droplets and the software that runs on them. If you use more services, we will discuss what we can do for you.
The hardware, the network and the data center remain the responsibility of DigitalOcean. We manage everything that runs on the server and switch with DigitalOcean if the problem is with them.
Yes. We manage DirectAdmin, cPanel and Plesk. Web hosting support is included in the price from the Ascent package onwards.
As soon as your server or a service stops responding, we immediately receive a notification and intervene. Upon delivery, we coordinate what we monitor.
After the consultation and your approval, we will get access and do a baseline measurement. After that, we take over the management immediately.
