Server Management / AWS
With Amazon Web Services, you run virtual servers via EC2 or Lightsail, in European regions such as Ireland and Frankfurt. AWS manages the cloud; Everything in the cloud, from the operating system to security groups, is your responsibility. We adopt that.
AWS keeps the platform and hardware online. Everything that runs on the server is something you arrange yourself. Unless you leave it to us.

We monitor disk space, processor, memory and your services, and intervene before things go wrong.
We manage your Linux instances on EC2 and Lightsail: updates, hardening, monitoring and backups.
We keep security groups and IAM permissions strictly according to the AWS shared responsibility model.
We look at instance types and forget volumes and snapshots, so that your bill does not increase unexpectedly.
Why Servermeister

Sounds pretty scary, you give a stranger access to your most precious parts. If you are in doubt, you can always call us on 085 30 350 45.
No more worrying about your server park, no more outliers in your ICT budget and a managed server environment for one fixed amount per month.
We ensure that your server is always up to date with the latest software and security updates for certain packages.
This regular maintenance is standard in your package. Activities outside of this, such as installing an application, we charge at a discount at our regular rate as a server management customer.
Some plans also offer web hosting support . With this module, we also help you with questions about your web hosting servers and the customers hosted on them. We know the software packages DirectAdmin, CPanel and Plesk through and through.
The world of email is changing at a rapid pace, big players such as Gmail and Office365 are now making the rules and having your own mail server (for example on your DirectAdmin, Plesk or CPanel server) is increasingly difficult to maintain.
With email server support, we also help you maintain your mail server and you can be sure that your emails always reach the recipient.
Your server(s), website, email or webshop is probably one of the most important assets of your company. When these fail, everything comes to a standstill.
With good server management, you prevent problems during peak loads and performance is continuously guaranteed. In addition, we ensure that the system is always optimally accessible.
If the server crashes, the whole company comes to a standstill! This can be prevented by good management on the server. Are all services running? Aren't the hard disks almost full? Have all updates been installed? Are the OS and programs up-to-date? And so on! You don't have to waste valuable time on this anymore, we keep a close eye on it all and react immediately if something threatens to go wrong.
No, we are one of the few carrier-neutral system operators. It doesn't matter where your server is located, as long as we have access to the server and the control panel in case of any problems.
We work closely with the following hosting parties: TransIP, WorldStream, OVH, Hostnet, Siteground, Digital Ocean and GoDaddy.
During office hours we can be reached via 085 30 350 45. Outside these hours, you will be connected to our night shift*.
*If you call outside your package, extra costs will be charged
One fixed price per server per month. Including everything in the column. Extra services, checks or management? These are always possible.
We simply make our prices public. That is quite exceptional in this market. Most agencies that serve Dutch chains do not show their rates. This makes it difficult to compare.
We do it differently: below you can see exactly what you pay, what is included and what is not included in the price. No hidden costs, no ambiguity.

AWS is responsible for the security of the cloud itself: hardware, network and data centers. You are responsible for what you run in it, such as the operating system, the firewall and your data. We will take over that part.
Lightsail is simply and predictably priced, EC2 is more flexible. In the consultation, we advise what suits your situation.
The hardware, network, and data center remain AWS’s responsibility. We manage everything that runs on the server and switch with AWS if the problem is with them.
Yes. We manage DirectAdmin, cPanel and Plesk. Web hosting support is included in the price from the Ascent package onwards.
As soon as your server or a service stops responding, we immediately receive a notification and intervene. Upon delivery, we coordinate what we monitor.
After the consultation and your approval, we will get access and do a baseline measurement. After that, we take over the management immediately.
We have been providing secure and reliable IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses since 2008. We always do this for an affordable monthly fee and short contracts.
