1) Click on the “Accounts” tab. 2) Click on the “Email” icon. 3) Enter the email address and password of the account you want to configure. 4) Enter your name as it should appear in emails. 5) Check “Configure server settings manually”. 6) Click “Next”. Now we are going to configure all the settings. 7) Choose POP if you want to use POP. Choose IMAP if you want to use IMAP. 8) Enter the name of the incoming mail server. If email goes through your web hosting package, this is: mail.uwdomein.nl, where uwdomein.nl is your own domain name. 9) Leave authentication type unchanged. 10) Enter the full email address as your username (not your DirectAdmin account). 11) Enter the name of the outgoing mail server. If email goes through your web hosting package, this is: mail.uwdomein.nl, where uwdomein.nl is your own domain name. 12) Check authentication required. 13) Click “Next”. The email account has now been added.
