Learn how to manually set up Outlook for Mac 2011 to automatically fetch mail from your domain.
- New to Outlook for Mac 2011? Then click on ‘Add account’. Have you used the program before? Then click on ‘Tools’ > ‘Accounts’
- Choose ‘Email account’
Account settings
- Enter your full email address under ‘Email address’
- Enter the corresponding password under ‘Password’
- Enter your username under ‘Username’
- Under ‘Type’, choose POP or IMAP
- Enter ‘Incoming mail server’ in the following form: mail.uwdomeinnaam.nl (replace ‘uwdomeinnaam.nl’ with your own domain name)
- Enter ‘Outgoing mail server’ in the following form: mail.uwdomeinnaam.nl (replace ‘uwdomeinnaam.nl’ with your own domain name)
- Click on ‘Add account’
